Job Description

We are seeking applications from ambitious and motivated graduates across a number of disciplines including Business Development & Marketing, Software Development, Data Science, Analytics and Machine Learning. EnAppSys Ltd are entering a period of strategic growth and require additional talent with fresh ideas and innovative approaches to help facilitate this.

We can offer you a learning environment that exposes you to roles that inform and influence investors, banks, traders and government agencies. You will be trained and supported by a management team of industry recognised experts in their fields through our internal EnAppSys University forum, they will guide and support you as you transition through the various departments in EnAppSys gaining a full understanding of the market, our platform and our customers.

This is an important business role, key to the future growth of our business. EnAppSys is part of Montel Group and we aim to continue our year-on-year double-digit growth by expanding further into new territories. We provide services globally from our bases across Europe.

Required

We have a number of positions available and are looking for people who are comfortable interacting and building relationships with new and existing customers, working at all levels of an organisation.

You will need to be highly numerate, to understand and help us run our business with good communication and analytical skills, to ensure we deliver valuable insight through our services. Having the necessary creativity to spot opportunities and position us to take advantage of these is a key part of the role along with the focus needed to do the hard work that is required to deliver.

Strong numeracy and IT skills are required, language skills desirable, and passion and a can-do attitude are essential. We anticipate that you will hold a degree in a business, engineering, science, or maths related subject but applicants with other experience who can demonstrate that they can work at the level required are welcome.

All Graduates will be given the opportunity to gain experience in every department in the company before choosing where to specialise.

Package

• Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

• Location: Initially Stockton-on-Tees but opportunities to work out of offices in London / other countries. Travel is a requirement of the role.

• Head Office Extras: Free on-site car parking and bicycle storage. Business Park also has on-site cafe and nearby shops. The building has a staff shower, outdoor seating space, kitchen facilities and refreshments.
