As Montel is growing, there is an increased focus on strengthening the sales pipeline management. Therefore, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Pipeline Manager who can take the lead in structuring and optimizing the use of lead data from early prospecting such as outbound campaigns or visitors to the website through to won contracts and on to upsell and cross-sell.
Recently, the company has implemented HubSpot sales and marketing hub. The Sales Pipeline manager will be responsible for strengthening the setup and use of HubSpot and bringing it to the next level as the primary tool to be used across the organization.
About this role
The Sales Pipeline Coordinator will be accountable for the setup and management of HubSpot as a platform focused initially on sales pipeline management and integration with digital marketing activities. Once the basics are working well, the use of HubSpot will be broadened to that of a full CRM system.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Working with Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and HubSpot CMS.
Work alongside Customer Success Managers to build excellent relationships and trust with clients.
Work collaboratively with the Montel Group strategy, integration, development, design, content, and project management teams.
Drive digital transformation, business growth, and utilization of HubSpot.
Use automation and CRM to enhance the sales and marketing process.
Skills we value for this position.
At least 2 years of experience with HubSpot.
Experience with Sales Hub Professional
Experience with Marketing Hub Professional
Familiarity with the well-used HubSpot tools and strategies including, lifecycle stages, email nurturing, sales pipelines, ticket pipelines, CRM properties, email marketing, workflows, chatbots, and popups.
Experience working directly with sales, marketing, and business stakeholders and a multi-disciplinary team.
Your English communication skills are excellent.
