Our headquarters are located in downtown Oslo, conveniently located near public transportation. Our workspace is designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and a positive work environment. However, for this position, physical presence at our office on a regular basis is not required, so candidates located in other European countries will also be considered.
Manage the Growth Team: The Growth Team today consists of 5-7 people and is steadily growing. The role involves managing this team, as well as external consultants and freelancers. The Growth Team is responsible for all aspects of digital marketing, SEO, SEA, website development, customer journey management and marketing automation.
Strategic Growth Initiatives: Collaborate on growth strategies aligned with Montel Group's vision, staying attuned to industry trends and competitor benchmarks.
Channel Optimisation: Innovate and refine digital acquisition channels tailored to energy market stakeholders, constantly evolving strategies based on emerging trends and competitive insights.
Sales Synergy: Partner with the Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to comprehend market needs, curate product and market-focused campaigns to boost lead generation needed to meet sales targets. Fine-tune strategies that outperform competitors, adapting quickly based on market dynamics. Success will ultimately be measured in converted sales.
Budget Strategy: Manage growth budgets while focusing on key performance indicators, remaining flexible to reallocate resources towards successful strategies.
Industry Expertise: in B2B Growth Marketing and Digital Acquisition, ideally within the energy market, data analytics or news sectors, with a keen eye on industry trends and competitor landscapes.
Educational Background: BSc/MSc in Digital Marketing or a related field.
Analytical Proficiency: Demonstrate a strong command of data analysis, segmentation, and metrics essential for understanding customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (LTV), and return on investment (ROI). Integrates insights from industry trends and competitor advancements.
Digital Marketing Expertise: Exhibits in-depth knowledge and expertise in various facets of digital marketing, including SEM, content marketing, SEO, CRO & A/B testing, and social media advertising.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated expertise in building and directing high-performing growth marketing teams, with a record of accomplishment of adapting strategies based on competitive insights. Familiar with agile and OKR methodology to enhance team agility and goal alignment.
Innovation and Adaptability: Experience in pioneering new channels, keeping pace with industry trends and competitors' achievements to drive innovation.
Collaborative Approach: Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to align growth objectives with the unique needs of energy market consumers, incorporating insights from industry trends and competitor analysis.
Proactive Learner: Committed to staying updated with the latest industry trends and competitors' accomplishments to drive continuous innovation.
Strategic Thinker: Capable of leveraging industry insights and competitor analyses to refine growth strategies and stay ahead of the curve.
