About the role:   

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team to provide Hands-On Campaign Management. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for In-Depth Campaign Analysis, Budget and Resource Management, and Data-Driven Strategy Implementation.


  • Hands-On Campaign Management: Directly manage and execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google AdWords and LinkedIn. This includes setting up campaigns, adjusting bids, and managing ad placements to meet performance targets.

  • SQL Generation Through Active Engagement: Actively create and tweak strategies to convert traffic from paid campaigns into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), closely monitoring conversion rates and making real-time adjustments.

  • In-Depth Campaign Analysis: Utilize tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager to track campaign performance meticulously. Analyze data to identify trends and optimize campaigns based on detailed insights.

  • Budget and Resource Management: Hands-on management of marketing budgets for paid channels, including day-to-day allocation of funds, monitoring spend against performance, and adjusting strategies to ensure optimal use of resources.

  • Technical Ad Optimization: Continuously optimize ad performance through A/B testing, keyword management, and creative updates. Ensure that all campaigns are fully optimized according to the latest platform algorithms and best practices.

  • Data-Driven Strategy Implementation: Leverage advanced analytics tools to make data-driven decisions that enhance campaign effectiveness. Handle data collection, tracking, and comprehensive analysis to inform strategic adjustments.

  • Collaborative Campaign Development: Work directly with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and refine marketing strategies, ensuring hands-on alignment with broader business goals.

  • Agile and Responsive Marketing Execution: Respond quickly to market changes and campaign performance data, making hands-on adjustments to strategies and plans as needed.

Requirements for the role: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, focusing on paid advertising and performance marketing.

  • Expertise in Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, and similar platforms, with a strong focus on utilizing these tools for in-depth performance tracking and strategic decision-making.

  • Strong track record in actively managing and scaling effective paid digital campaigns, with direct involvement in day-to-day operational tasks.

  • Exceptional ability to not only analyze complex data but also apply findings directly to campaign tactics and strategies in a hands-on manner.

  • Excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate and report on campaign results, with a hands-on approach to teamwork and strategy execution.
