Montel Group are growing again! To facilitate this, we are looking for a qualified and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting. 

Job Location 

The position is based from our Stockton office, conveniently located in Preston Farm Business Park with an on-site cafe and nearby shops. The building has a staff shower, outdoor seating space, kitchen facilities and refreshments. Our workspace is designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and a positive work environment.   

A typical day will include 

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs 

  • Determine selection criteria 

  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) 

  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews 

  • Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System 

  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements 

  • Lead employer branding initiatives 

  • Help to create internal development pathways for colleagues across our European offices 

  • Research, benchmarking and advising on salary structures  

  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events 

  • Build relationships with local Universities and FE colleges to develop local talent pools 

  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department 

  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates 

What we are looking for 

  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role 

  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks  

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods 

  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations 

  • Experience of working in a pan-European role would be an advantage but not essential
