Montel Marketplace: Open position for customer onboarding and support
We are looking to strengthen our support desk team for Montel Marketplace – the open platform for trading Guarantees of origin.
As requests from active and wannabe users are increasing, we are hiring customer-oriented candidates who will facilitate onboarding, encourage liquidity and handle various support requests from all over Europe. We invite you to develop this growth story and help us become the no 1 place for trading green certificates in Europe!
If your application is successful, you’ll find yourself working in a company with a flat organisational structure with lots of positive energy and quick decision-making processes.

Pro-active in onboarding new users
Building solid customer relationships
Keen on making calls to encourage liquidity on the platform
Possessing a commercial and entrepreneurial attitude
Having multilingual communications skills
Being social and outgoing
Able to manage high-tempo multitasking
Being a genuine team player
Having minimum 3 years of customer-oriented experience
Expanding our existing customer portfolio
Building strong connections with counterparties
