Electricity consumption forecasting

Montel's AI uses cutting edge machine learning technology to continually improve and refine forecasts for renewable energy sources. This is achieved by using Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) which is a method of machine learning.

ANNs are very good at finding patterns, so once the model assesses the historical data, it begins to recognise what outputs are expected in certain situations. This means that the forecasts incrementally improve over time as more data is input into the model.

Track the quality of predictions over time with regular performance reports, sent to you as often as you require.

Send us the recorded data from the consumption area you want to forecast in hourly granularity (or higher). This is the key element we need to feed into our model.

Give us the latitude and longitude of the location you want to measure for so we can combine your historical production data with our historical weather data and start making better predictions.

Data can be sent as an Excel, CSV, JSON or any machine readable format that includes date time with time zone information.

Send data via SFTP and receive it back the same way for completely automated forecasting.

Send and receive data and forecasts respectively via email before manually inputting your forecast data.

Let us know what communication method works for you. Predictions can be automatically fed into reporting software the way you want.
